Bamboo
Organic bamboo is the softest plant fiber, with a feel similar to silk or cashmere. Compared to cotton, bamboo absorbs moisture three to four times better, keeping skin dry and not sticky. Bamboo socks are also cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
Bamboo grows naturally without the need for pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Very little water, other than natural rainfall, is required. Bamboo is a sustainable resource.
We realize there is some controversy surrounding the use of bamboo; we feel that considering all the factors it is still an eco-friendly option.
