Shipping Information
Shipping is free of charge on all orders, no minimum order size required. Items will typically be sent via the U.S. Postal service. International orders will be charged actual shipping costs (no handling fee.) International shipping charges will be manually calculated and added after checkout.
Shipping Time
All orders of in-stock items will be shipped out as soon as possible. We often ship orders the same days they are received. You will be notified if all or part of your order is out of stock. Sock subscriptions will typically be sent out during the first part of the month.
Packaging
We use minimal shipping supplies, and reuse shipping supplies when possible. When we purchase envelopes and tissue paper, we make sure they are produced using recycled materials.
Your Satisfaction is Important!
We will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price of any item that is unsatisfactory. According to our policy, items must be unused with the labeling intact. We do not pay for return shipping of these items.
Charitable Contributions
We donate a portion of all money received to charities that promote peace and healing of the land, animals and/or people.
Sales Tax Information
California sales tax of 8.25% will be added to orders with a California shipping address.
Privacy
Your privacy is something we take very seriously. Your information is safe with us. We will not rent, sell, or otherwise distribute any information we collect from you while processing your order. Occasional informational updates are sent to our customers; you may opt out of these updates at any time.

Our Suppliers
In addition to the materials used in our socks, how and where the socks are made is very important to us. Companies are chosen who treat their employees fairly and provide good wages and comfortable working conditions. The large majority of our socks are made in the United States. In many cases, the socks are made at one of the last remaining hosiery mills in a given region of the U.S. We are happy to be supporting these mills that continue to be in business in the U.S. and hope others feel the same!
